Quiet Neighbourhood.

It is 4 bedroom house with a huge and long driveway which means you can park there or street parking.

We have 3 rooms to share. It is unfurnished.

All utilities are not included in rent.

All bills will be split.

No partners staying, don’t want couples living here. Friends are ok for short visit but no sleep over or party. No pet, No kids.

Minimum 3 months stay

2 weeks notice.

We are ideally looking for clean and quite person who have a stable job or student.
