I have a room for rent in Edens Landing.
It is $200 unfurnished plus bills roughly 20 per week
And $225 furnished plus bills
4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance
There are 3 house mates in addition to the person who will occupy the room, all guys, working and studying, very decent, kind and polite housemates. We try to maintain a quite and clean nice place.
