Fully furnished private room in Gordon Park. Short term (2 or 3 months) to start, but if all goes well, there’s a possibility to extend.

The room is lovely and very peaceful, with its own private access to a large balcony with security sliding doors, a small outdoor table /chairs for your own use, ensuite bathroom, queen sized bed and linen bedding, large built in wardrobe, desk/chair. The bathroom is modern and in very good condition. It’s an ensuite, so completely contained.

Rent is all inclusive of bills including electricity, water, high speed internet, Netflix, Prime, etc. There’s a bus stop a few mins walk away which takes you direct into the city/valley. Large park with bike/walking trails nearby.

We would love to host an international student – but I’m open to anyone, as long as you work or study. I’m a 37 year old female, I have an online business and have a two year old daughter. We also have a young cat who’s very affectionate. Our house would suit someone who wants to live a quiet home lifestyle. You will have your own space, and occasionally we stay with family elsewhere so you’ll sometimes have the house to yourself through the night.

If you’re an international student, lam happy to provide breakfast or even some dinners by negotiation, as l’ve hosted international students before. We eat very healthy /largely organic so this would suit someone the same.

Our house will only suit someone who is willing to live in a toxin-free house and accept that we don’t use harsh cleaning chemicals or poisons in our home. 🙂 But it shouldn’t affect the tenant that joins us, as all cleaning supplies are provided (among some other essential items).
