I am the owner of the apartment, it’s beautifully furnished, renovated and styled, 2 bed, 1 BATH, separate toilet in a quiet 8 unit complex on Bonney Ave Clayfield, with plenty of safe street parking . The room has reverse cycle aircon and ceiling fan.

Urban Utilities is included in the rent

I have High speed NBN FTTB internet, if you require access its an additonal cost each month. Electricty is paid quarterly, usually costs around $150 (depending on use of the aircon).

Bedroom is large, comes furnished with modern queen size bed , new matress, bedside tables, and desk with chair (if required) .

The bedroom has very large built-in wardrobes, there is a yard with garden at the back of the room, very quiet.

Room has brand new block out blind, ceiling fan and reverse cycle aircon.

Bathroom is massive, lots of storage and has a separate toilet.

Lounge room has 65″ smart TV, Bose surround sound system.

Kitchen is large and has a walk in pantry. The kitchen has every gadget you could imagine.

The bus stop is straight out the front of the complex. Both Eagle Junction and Wooloowin train stations are a short 5 min walk away. Airport is 12 mins away.

Both Lutwyche shopping centre and Clayfield markets are less than 5 min drive.
