I’m looking for someone to move into my room while I am away until the first weekend of September – maybe longer.

The apartment, which is just next to the Northcliffe tram stop, 1min walk to the beach, less than 10min walk to Cavill Ave.

The building has a swimming pool. There a washing machine in the unit with a communal clothesline and drier.

The room has a double bed, 58″ smart TV, bedside table and free standing wardrobe. WiFi and electricity is included.

Looking for someone who is clean, friendly, easy-going and generally respectful.

You’ll be sharing with 2 guys, both work full time so it’s not a party house.

The room is available from next weekend until at least the 8th of September, maybe longer.
