This is a newly built apartment at Kangaroo Point (470 Main St) – Riviere Apartment. I hope to provide a comfortable living space so you don’t have to worry about housing issues while living away from home. You won’t regret it! This is a residential apartment, not a rental for investment, which many Koreans often prefer. It is a very spacious and pleasant apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room is not shared, and it comes with a clean new water purifier and a new Dyson vacuum cleaner for your use Instead of the city’s hustle and bustle, we chose a place with a river view and nearby walking trails for its accessibility. The apartment has a rooftop gym, an outdoor rooftop pool, an open-air bath, and three barbecue areas (two on the rooftop and one in the lobby). You can also book a residents-only cinema and a private dining room (additional costs apply) for a full day of enjoyment! The lobby offers complimentary self-service tea and coffee, and there are plenty of spaces for studying or reading. You can invite friends or host small gatherings with the consideration and permission of other residents, as long as it does not cause any inconvenience. There are no restrictions on laundry use. There are various bus stations to the city, and especially with the free ferry, you can reach the city quickly. – For single occupancy (including one parking space, electricity, water, and high-speed unlimited internet): $410 – For double occupancy: $240 per person with single beds (including electricity, water, and high-speed unlimited internet) Notice is 3 weeks, bond is 2 weeks, no minimum stay (although long-term residents are preferred  ) – Move-in is available from 11 of Aug. The room is spacious enough and has a small private terrace connected to it, ensuring a pleasant environment. Personally, I would like to live with people who have full-time jobs, students, or those who have had a hard time with housing issues and want a win-win situation for everyone.
