Available from 13/03/23. Looking for a roomate until March 2024. The property is 300m from Marcoola Beach and only a few hundred metres from local Marcoola & Mudjimba shops. Large outdoor pateo out back and very private front garden. All fenced and secure. The room is 2.6m x 3m and carpeted, with a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Can supply queen bed and a tall boy if you need. Kitchen, laundry and bathroom to be shared with myself. Unfortunately no pets permitted by the owner.
