We are a happy home on 7 acres, just 10 minutes to the M1 at Oxenford and minutes to the wineries, pubs and restaurants on Mt Tamborine.

Large salt water pool, heated spa, pool hut, fire pit, gym and billiard table.

Lots of space for socialising or chilling out.

Large wall mounted TV and comfortable lounge in the media / games room.

We all work and like to relax on the weekends. Not a party house.

One room available, 9ft ceilings. It can be either furnished or unfurnished, as required. Built-in wardrobes with ceiling fan. The room has a nice views down the valley. Bathroom shared with one other.

Power and internet (NBN) are covered.

Pool and lawn maintenance are included.
