Room in Upper Mount Gravatt near garden city with all bills included. This is a double sized room with an additional office/ living room attached. Essentially two separate rooms. Has huge amount of storage space/wardrobe. The room is fully furnished which includes: queen bed and mattress, bedside tables, tallboy, bookshelf, armchair, tv unit, 40inch smart tv etc.

It is a 4 bedroom occupancy, with the 3 other rooms currently tenanted by 3 women. All current tenants are very quiet, respectful ladies who like to keep the household clean and tidy, so a like minded individual would be ideal. All tenants are full time workers plus study so arnt around very much. And 2 of the tenants often arnt there for the weekends as they go to spend time with their family.

There is 1 bathroom to be shared by the tenants so you will be sharing with 3 other people. The rest of the house is also fully furnished along with all basic cooking utensils and everything else that may be needed.

Room includes all bills, water, electricity gas, unlimited Telstra cable internet and a fully furnished house.

House is in an ideal location close to all transport, including 6x bus stops within a 100m radius. Right outside is Newnham Road bus stop to catch bus 170 for 30 mins bus ride to go into Brisbane centre (34 minutes). You can also go short walk to Garden City, which has major bus depot to go anywhere. Buses also go to all major destinations of Brisbane and universities, such as Griffith, QUT & UQ. Many restaurants and fast food close by, shopping, cinema, gym, clinics, doctors, entertainment, and every thing you could need is close by. There is even a convenience store literally next door.

Looking for an approximate 6 month stay as minimum.

Price is $215 per week

Tenant without car is preferred as no parking is offered, or nearby street parking is available.
