Large room in Queenslander. Double built in wardrobe,lock on door for extra privacy. Security cameras and screens. Large back yard. Sharing upstairs with 1 lady. We (34 year old couple) live in our studio downstairs. So upstairs bathroom, toilet, and kitchen will be yours to share with our existing tenant.

3min walk to Zillmere train station

10 minute walk to shops

4 minute drive to Chermside Westfield

$160 per week includes bills (within reason)

No party/ drug household.

Looking for someone who likes to keep to themselves with an odd friendly chat here or there.

We have an inside outside Kelpie who is our baby. MUST LIKE DOGS. Unfortunately another dog or cat will not be suitable but smaller animals negotiable.

We ask for 2 weeks bond on an open lease (minimum 4 weeks stay and 2 weeks notice when vacating).

We keep to ourselves while respecting each other. The room availabile is the largest upstairs and has the option of a double bed and mattress.

About us: I am an artist and author. Hubby is a Mechatronics Engineer and Mechanic. Our other long term tenant is retired and likes to paint. Odin is our 10 year old dog who loves attention and snuggles.

Lawns are maintained so you won’t need to worry about that. Internet is negotiable as well.
