Large modern sunlit room available with built-in wardrobes in our spacious and friendly home in Hendra.

We’ve got a place where you can meet new friends, have easy chats, house-pizza night, house-wine-night, Netflix, flexible and no-stress living with likeminded folks.

Good bones – our place is a wonderfully modern 2 storey home

✅ It’s features include:
– Large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room – Perfect if you’ve just had a long day and need quiet space to unwind, or if you need a place for a cheeky beer with a mate or two.
– 2 balcony spaces
– Open plan living room extends onto massive wooden deck with additional lounging areas
– Grassy backyard for rolling around in, yoga, BBQ’ing
– Big kitchen, plenty of pantry space and more then enough bench space

✅😎 The right crew
– The aim is for drama-free and friendly professionals/students generally between 21 and 33 (with a little wiggle room on age for the right folk)
-The type of vibe being cultivated is about bonding over a genuine appreciation of good chats, outdoorsy stuff (think rock-climbing or hiking), cooking fancy stuff, binge-watching-HBO and drinking fancy beer 🙂
– It’s an deliberately friendly and respectful space, with an openness to sharing a dinner, or an op-shop trip, or a park-frisbee session every once in a while.

✅Nice private space
– Modern room available with aircon, sunlit window view and wooden floors
– There is very decent sound proofing between upper and lower floors
-There is a possibility for a furnished room (if this is what you need, be sure to include details when you send a message)

✅Always enough fridge space and bathrooms
– All housies have at least 120L each of fridge space each, very great news as the fancy organic Carseldine markets is just around the corner.
– Our house has 3 bathrooms total.

✅Location, Location etc
– We’re on the Hedra/Clayfield border. If you don’t know the area, it’s nice. The place is close to pretty much everything. It’s 15 minutes to city, 10 min walk to Harris Farm and a 10 min walk to Hendra Train Station

✅Simple bills
– Internet, electric water and gas are shared and tally to $30 fixed price per week.
– Unlimited internet
