House is renovated with new kitchen and laundry appliances.

Ideally looking for someone who works and doesn’t abuse alcohol/takes drugs.

Bills are included, however if you require greater use of AC or electrical appliances and the bill comes higher than the usual (normally under $280) you will be responsible to share the additional expenses.
