Available from 3 June, looking for a male or female lodger (or possibly a married couple, for higher fee) to share with three others (currently owners’ son and two other males) in Sunnybank Hills. It is a large house, generally quiet, where you can have space to yourself. Prefer a Christian, or someone who is willing to respect the Christian choices of owners.

– Lodger should be very clean and responsible, prefer uni student or worker. Looking for a non-smoker, no drugs or excessive drinking etc.

– Large upstairs bedroom, furnished with bed, desk, chair (or you can bring your own furniture). Reverse-cycle air conditioner, and ensuite with own toilet/vanity/shower. Large common area, shared laundry (two washing machines and a dryer), shared kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave).

– $250 lodging fee includes electricity, water, internet. Usually 4-week bond required (bond held by RTA).

– Room to park car in yard.

– A few minutes walk to 123 Bus route, 10-15min walk to Banoon train station.
