Hi, I am looking for a female housemate to share a 4-bedroom house in Thornlands. Room available to share with quiet living person who works long hours. Looking for a female housemate who must be quiet living, easy going, neat and tidy and working with references.

The room has a queen bed or can be unfurnished with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. New carpet has been installed and there is access to a second room with TV.

The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped, and you will have full use of all appliances. You will have sole use of the main bathroom. The common areas of the house are cleaned regularly.

The house is located 3 minutes from Redlands Hospital and 7 minutes from Cleveland train station. There is a bus stop at the door for local and city express buses.

The house has a swimming pool and a great outdoor BBQ area.

Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance required. Rent $280 per week, which also includes charges for Internet, electricity, and water.
