House share for remaining 3months

About this room

I’m a 27yo Male currently studying full-time, working part-time & renting a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located in the south Brisbane suburb of Carina.

My lease expires as of 01/03/2024 but my existing housemate has decided to move to Europe at the end of November/start of December.

Ideally looking for one person to move in for the remaining lease period – open to renegotiating another extension with the home owner’s real estate, however I cannot promise this – to help out with splitting the rent & bills.

The advertised $310/wk will only cover costs of the weekly rent for your room & monthly OPTUS internet inclusive.
Water & electric utility bills will be charged separately, or I can calculate an estimated flat fee to add to your weekly payments.

There is 1 of 2 possible rooms that can be provided fully furnished or empty, if you prefer, feel free to message for more details/enquires.

PLEASE NOTE: it is required that you like/are not afraid of the company of a dog – as I also own a 5yo Australian Kelpie Cross.
