About this room

One room or homestay for young Uni student or working holiday youths
Breakfast and dinner and water WiFi electricity bills included $350/week for one person, not for couple.
The house is tranditional style Queenslander, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.
Walking distance to UQ St Lucia campus, PA hospital, Buranda shopping centre, close to Dutton park train station and bus stops near Ipswich road.
Room is very spacious with queen bed, work station and built-in wardrobe, your own bar fridge and TV will be arranged.

Share bathroom and toilet with us .
We are a working full time couple with a young son, busy with work and school, food is mostly Asian food, sometimes pasta and other style dishes. Can change to self catering once you settle down and negotiable.
Flexible term (long term can be arranged if we get along well)

We both hold Blue cards, can look after under 18 youths.

I’m a friendly and reliable student looking for part-time or casual work. I have experience working in cafés and enjoy working in a busy team environment.
