Immaculately presented house both inside and out. You will be renting the main bedroom with main ensuite, dedicated air conditioning and ceiling fan as well as your very own walk-in wardrobe. You will also have your very own car space which is conveniently located outside the front door.

Shared amenities include the modern kitchen, laundry and outdoor and indoor living spaces. Very green, spacious and luscious.

Rent includes all bills.

I have 3 rooms right now. One of the bigger rooms has its own bathroom too (ensuite), walk in wardrobe and car space. It is for $325/week. The other two have shared bathroom and no carapace ($225/week). All three still available but not for long as I’m getting many queries.
