Medium size house with separate lounge, dining and kitchen area (use of all kitchenware & appliances), great patio with pool, built in fireplace, gas bbq, and small garden. TV in lounge with included Netflix, Stan, AC in main house with pedestal or desk fan in room. Can remove furniture if not needed. Easy access to main highways to all directions, close to bus stops and large shopping Centre. Rent includes electricity & water (used reasonably, not excessively). If you are a couple the price would increase to $375. Two weeks rent deposit & rent paid weekly or fortnightly in advance.
