second room we have a dresser and closet if required
Ceiling fans in bedrooms only
bathroom (dated/ not yet reno’d)
Kitchen & living area
pool you’re welcome to use
Visitors through the day but no overnighters as we are a family we like to know who’s in the home
Would prefer an Aussie couple 2 people only maybe suitable to a working couple or single with child who is in the process of finding somewhere more permanent
