We rent a home in Camp Hill, which includes an self contained unit which we are looking to rent out.

It has it’s own entrance around the back of the house, studio style setup, a 2nd room with storage connected by a small veranda. There is access to a small undercover carpark (plenty of streetparking also) and a swimming pool. The laundry is internal to the main house which you won’t have keys to but are welcome to use whenever we are home, which is most evenings and weekends. The house also has lots of storage, more than happy to accomodate if you have any need for that.

There is currently a fridge and couch in the space which you can use if you want or we can remove. Re. cooking facilities, we provide an electric 2 burner element and an oven sytle airfryer.

Price Includes, rent, electricity, water, internet and access to some streaming services if you want.

We are a couple and a single aged 26-31, 2 pop culture nerds and a golf/pool player, working full time so ideally looking for someone similar, who will be respectful of our quiet hours i.e. weeknights. But wekends are for fun, we will often have friends over for games nights, drinks by the pool etc. We are looking for a personality fit, it’d be great to have someone we get on with well and could have a friday afternoon drink on the deck with.

Ideally looking for someone to stay long term (our rental agreeemnt is up till mid Februaty 2024 and we will renew), I have an agreement written up, first month inspection, then on the typical real estate inspection; bond (4 weeks rent). Usual application requirements, payslips, references etc.
