– 500m to Wello Precinct… Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Hairdressers, Vet, Pubs, Laundromat etc!

– 60m to nearest bus station which stops @ Birkdale station. Enjoy a relaxing train trip to the city.

– 2min drive to Wellington Point Nature Reserve. Gorgeous spot for a picnic while enjoying the magnificent sunsets , maybe a fish over the jetty or a stroll to King Island.
