Gay Housemate wanted in friendly queer house

Looking for a friendly queer housemate to join our house in Lutwyche.

One bedroom is available – it’s a very large room that can easily fit a king size bed. $185 per week (not including bills). Bond is 4 weeks rent.

There’s also a small second room (down the hall from the bedroom) which would be all yours to use as a study etc. There’s built in cupboards in the hallway outside the bedroom (but not in the bedroom itself).

The house is a large two-storey family home. It has a two car garage (one half free for you to use), three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Your bathroom would be shared with one other person.

Current housemates are two gay men, both in our mid thirties. We both work full time and like our house to be a quiet, relaxed place where we can chill after work.

Location is very convenient – just across the road from Lutwyche Shopping Centre, 5 minute walk to Lutwyche Bus Station.
