Short easy walk to Griffith Uni Nathan Campus. Also short walk to good buses on Mains Rd such as 130 and 140 for a quick trip to the city. Close to Sunnybank Plaza and Garden City.

The room is a comfortable size room, furnished including a queen size bed, block out roller blind (good for sleeping of a day), desk, lamp, wardrobe etc.

The bathroom is shared with only 1 other person.

It is a quiet home with mature international students living there. There are 5 people living in the home and 3 bathrooms and toilets. There are 2 ladies living in the house.

Wireless NBN Internet, normal use of electricity and water is included.

We are looking for a quiet and clean person. (This definitely not a party house)
