Utilities bills are already included (water, electricity , Unlimited internet high speed 40Mbps). kitchen, kitchenware, shower room and a big fridge are shared between 2 tenants. The room is furnished with a queen size bed &mattress , pillows, towel, blanket, a timber bedside table, a big study desk and an office chair, and with large 4 doors built-in wardrobes.

It is located within walking distance to University of Queensland. 150metre to Bus. 450metre to Park Road Station.

There is currently a nice & friendly male student doing Master degree at UQ and a lovely international holiday worker. The house is very clean, tidy and quiet. As we have been maintain its cleanness and quietness, it is not acceptable if you may have a visitor come over, stay overnight or partying. There is a space for parking and lock your bicycle at the back of the house under shed.
