Longer stay preferred. Absolute minimum 3 month stay

Rent is $225p/w $25 bills p/w (incl. Telstra velocity internet, electricity, water).

Bond is 4x weeks rent excluding bills ($900).

First 2x weeks rent will need to be paid at the start.

House has a shared washing machine, fridges etc.

Shared carport.

Unfortunately we cannot reserve the room, so whoever pays the bond and first lot of rent first will take it. We are looking for people who are happy to start paying for the room as soon as it is available
