About this room

Room is downstairs next to garage where your own toilet is. Garage is communal for washing machine and gym gear set up which you can use. Would suit someone who eats out a lot or only uses microwave or there is an area to cook downstairs using electric pan, toaster, jug. Small fridge in room. Shared shower with other housemates.

Patio outside your room is private but the dogs pictured will most likely want to say hi!

We have 2 dogs out back and 2 cats also but they hang out at the front and won’t be in your space/you won’t see them. Due to our already many pets – no other pets allowed.

We keep our home tidy and will respect your space as much as we’d like you to respect ours. Looking for down to earth and realistic flatmates with common sense and courtesy.
