I have a three bedroom townhouse in The Gap, Brisbane. You will have a queen size bed ( it has the cream bed runner) and side tables. We will also share use of the double bedroom (it has the blue bed runner) for when either of us have guests staying for a few nights. This is built into the rent. You will have your own bathroom, other than if either of us has a guest. My home is completely furnished with everything you can think of! You will also have sole use of the remote control lock up garage. I have a lovely outdoor courtyard perfect for entertaining, with a BBQ. I have Fetch TV, Netflix, Prime TV and Disney plus, which I will continue to pay. I have high speed internet. Electricity , gas and water we would need to negotiate. I love to cook, garden, watch my favourite shows and a have a great discussion! I am a recipient of NDIS, so I have professional cleaning twice a week and professional gardening once a month. Unfortunately, I have a small adorable ginger cat and the owner had said no to more pets. I’m so sorry! If needed there are buses virtually directly across the road and it’s approximately 20 minutes to the city.
I lead a pretty quiet life, and whilst I love having people over for drinks, dinner or a BBQ, this is not a party house.
I do have some internal storage if needed
