We have this lovely second bedroom fully furnished, good queen size bed , bed tables and lamps , aircon included for hot days and fan . You will have your own full bathroom , not shared. It is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 toilets townhouse , plenty of space, the third room is not for rent as is our office studio/library. The house has aircon downstairs and upstairs in all rooms that we use in summer time. Common area has a pool , covered bbq, tables and chairs , so feel free to use it and bbq needs to be booked with the complex manager. Walking distance to shops like 50 mts , restaurants, bakery, bus stop and Christine Avenue. Distance to Bond University is 1.7km . Parking off site the complex and you can bring your car in when needs to drop items. Must bring your own blankets and sheets , towels, cleaning products for toilet and bathroom. Is just my wife, you and I. No crowds here as we own and renovated the place. Peaceful , good energy, vibes and positive people only live here.
