Room for rent is a furnished bedroom and apartment with a good king bed + fairly new bed frame with BIR, ceilings are slightly high… in 2 bedroom unit sharing with 35 year old single Male + a Cat.
1 x Air conditioner in the living room which is great. I have a large tv, new couch, washing machine, new handheld vaccume, outdoor setting and coffee table etc.

Apartment overlooks story bridge and city located above Howard Smith Wharves.

Includes gym, sauna, pool and BBQ area plus stunning garden.

Person of interest need to be layed back, easy going, not party house but enjoy a beer and a laugh, communicates well.
No smoking but can vape.
Respect the complex rules and not be loud spoken or play music to loud or a heap of mates over. Hopefully enjoys having a laugh but and enjoys my company and my cats.
The place is fully furnished.

On level 4 and has access to the rear going to Brunswick st restaurants and bars.
