We have a self contained studio room available on the lower level of a 7 bed 6 bath sharehouse.

Room will be available 09/04/2024.

Saturday 06/04/24, 06:30pm to 07:00pm
Tuesday 09/04/24, 06:30 pm to 07:00pm
Thursday 11/04/24, 06:30pm to 07:00pm

Room is ‘Bed 7’ as circled on the attached floor plan.

Air conditioner.

The room is only furnished with a fridge, but we can provide a single bed if you need one.

Longer stay preferred. Absolute minimum 3 month stay

Rent is $400p/w including bills p/w (Telstra velocity internet, electricity, water).

Bond is $1400

First 2x weeks rent will need to be paid at the start.

House has a shared washing machine, fridges etc on the upstairs level.

Shared carport.

Unfortunately we cannot reserve the room, so whoever pays the bond and first lot of rent first will take it. We are looking for people who are happy to start paying for the room as soon as it is available
