The two story townhouse is in a very spacious complex with 17 other properties, located in a quiet neighbourhood (you’ll barely hear the neighbours).

Both rooms have ceiling fans. The large room is 4.17m x 3.13m and has a decent size built-in wardrobe and drawers, while the medium room is 3.45 x 2.65m, also with built-in wardrobe and drawers.

There’s a decent amount of extra storage available for any belongings you might want to stash away (just let me know what you need to store, so that I can make sure I can accommodate).

You’ll share the bathroom with one other flatmate (the main bedroom I have has an ensuite), plus there are two separate standalone toilets.

The townhouse has a large yard (it’s on a 370 square meter block) and an undercover entertaining area.

There’s some off-street parking available in the complex, though you can also easily find a place to park on the street if you need to.

There’s a laundry room with washing machine, clothes dryer and clothes rack, plus a hills hoist outside.

The townhouse is located within a 7-minute drive of mountain bike tracks at Ironbark Gully, and within 20 minutes of tracks at Gap Creek Reserve and Bunya.

The Ferny Grove train station is about a 7-minute walk away, which will take you straight to the city. There’s also a shopping complex (with a Woolworths and Aldi) and a Bunnings (both about an 8-minute drive away).
