Share the house with professional couple working in healthcare sector. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and responsible.

Students and working holiday visa holders are welcomed. The room would suit a student as it is quiet place.

Good location: 10mins walk to Newmarket Village with Coles, post office, cafes, restaurants, clinics, pharmacy, cinema, salon, gym etc. 3 mins walk to McDonald’s, plus 3 mins walk to Newmarket Swimming Pool and playground.

Bond: $500 for single

Rent: $250 per week for single (including reasonable use of high speed internet, electricity and water usage).
