Dinner & bills included for female international students homestay

About this room

We are looking for two female international students stay in our home.

We are 60 years old couple live in our own 4 bedroom 3 bedroom house in Nundah. This location convenient for travel to city or ACU.

We have two full furnished guest rooms available for two female students. $360/ person/ week.

We offer family dinner.

You can use our magnesium salt swimming pool at anytime.

We do the house cleaning.

We do your laundry.

We pay all the bills.

You just focus on your studying.

No minimum stay requirement , just need two weeks notice before you move out.

4 weeks bond required, which will be return to you when you move ( we only take out $100 Steam carpet cleaning fees from your bond when you move out )
