– 5 minutes walk from South Bank ( bus and train station), less than minute to the bus stop 196 (15/20 minutes from CBD) next neighbourhood to West End, Dutton Park, Woolloongabba very near to Kangaroo Point
– in a beautiful and spacious house with big garden, living room, kitchen and bathroom shared ( 3 bedroom in total) upstairs. Downstairs additional area with 2 storage room, laundry, second toilet.
– Plenty of parking in closed street
– Rentis $300 $10 or $20 for utilities
– I am living in the house with my 17 years old son and a cat.
