Corner unit with amazing views! Right above Boundary St and West Village, we are within walking distance to all the shops and pubs and just a 20 min walk or 10 min bus ride into the CBD. The room has an ensuite bathroom, full wardrobe that takes up the whole wall, air-con and fits a queen bed. The room can be unfurnished or furnished! I am moving out of the country so I am looking to sell everything. The main living space has minimal furniture so its yours to make it what you want! The building is great and has rooftop lounge area and a pool.
You would be taking over my part of the lease, the room would be available from mid-July and current lease ends in late September with the option to renew.
