The available (unfurnished) room comes with an ensuite. Also a off street garage car park. Also air conditioning.

The room easily could fit a King sized bed.
Along with a space for a desk or couch.

Unlimited internet, water and electricity additional to rent.

We’re looking to have a house viewing, meets/chats on the 11th.
The room is available to move in on the 19th.

Keen for our new housemate to be polite, respectful, responsible. We are looking for someone long term to be on the lease and share household responsibilities.
