We have a nice little private courtyard area outside for relaxing and having a glass of wine to end the day. Ducted aircon to all rooms, double lockup garage. Public transport stops in the next street, plus there is the bus interchange at Carindale.

I am ideally looking for someone who is wanting long term accommodation, you would be required to sign the lease. I am a non smoker, quiet and considerate when it comes to sharing the house with others.
