I’m looking to rent out 1 more room in a brand new four bedroom house. The house is furnished although you will furnish your own bedroom. The fourth bedroom will remain vacant for storage or can be used as office space. you will share a media room and bathroom with one other person, along with the indoor and outdoor common areas with everyone in the house. All bills are included in rental price, and cleaning/maintaining indoor and outdoor common areas will be shared responsibility.
