A big Furnished private room for rent.

$230 per week for one person only. Utilities bills included (water, electricity , Unlimited wireless internet, Not for using heater or air conditioner. 2 people to share the kitchen, kitchenware, shower room and a fridge. The room is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a big study desk, an office chair, and large 4 door built-in wardrobes. Pillows, blanket and bedsheet are provided if you don’t have your own.

It is located within walking distance 1km to University of Queensland in Dutton Park .
150metre to Bus. 500metre to Park Road Station.

Minimum renting 2 months.

Currently a male 23yo UQ student and a male 25yo international student.
The house is clean, tidy and quiet. As we have been maintaining its cleanness and quietness, any visitor come over, stay overnight or partying are not allowed. Light cooking only, not suitable for deep fry, strong smell cooking or long cooking. Welcome to organize an inspection from 17th May and the room is available on 31st May.
