1 bedroom 1 home office = two rooms for you. Both with ceiling fans. Very suitable for a professional or student that wants some space.

$450 per week. They Rent includes electricity, gas, internet and monthly cleaner.

Has a nice front balcony. Great view of sunsets. Large house, 20 min walk to Brisbane city, Southbank. And public transport. Has a frangipanni tree in the back courtyard.

You would mostly have the upstairs to yourself. Your own bathroom and toilet – the main house facilities that I would not use as I have my own facilities downstairs. We will share the kitchen and laundry, otherwise wouldn’t see each other much.

Loungeroom has air con and is currently unfurnished. Decorate it how you like.

There is some ambient noise from nearby road.

Storage cage available under stairs.

Parking is on-street only and can be tricky sometimes. BCC voucher needed for event days.

Washing machine in laundry works fine. Have a fridge we can share. We can split the fridge and pantry.

Kitchen fully equipped.

While I am vegetarian, you do not have to be. We can keep seperate kitchen items for non-vegetarian cooking. Kitchen Is equipped and plenty of space for your stuff too.

Lease runs to 21 Jan 2024.

Non-smoking, drug free, no parties. Calm home.

I’m social, I go out somewhere else.

I live downstairs with my own room and bathroom. Other than occasionally seeing each other in the kitchen or laundry we wouldn’t interact much.

I am vegetarian, non-smoking, drink very little and enjoy a punt.
