There are only 2 units sharing a common area with our own private entry.
The apartment complex has a gym, pool, sauna, BBQ place and a conference room should you feel the need to have private meeting or just a different work environment.

Toowong village is 12mins walk for your groceries at coles and Woolies too.

There is unlimited internet access. Rent exclude bills which are split evenly as they come. A weeks bond is required.
