I’m presently retired but will return to part-time work this year.

I live by myself in a two-bedroom apartment, the bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are upstairs; the living area and kitchen are downstairs; washing machine in lock up garage.

$300 per week, including bills. Bond 2 weeks x $300.

I am looking for a clean and tidy male housemate.

Must be working part-time.

No drugs. Animals not permitted in the complex.

I enjoy reading, swimming, distance walking, cooking, dining in and out.

I only smoke cigarettes on the balcony, not inside.

Two bus services and the ferry are nearby, so is Coles New Farm.
