You’ll be living with a 40 yo male working as a butcher nearby, mid 30s male working from home in IT, and mid 30s male working at a call centre, also in IT. We are all very respectful and very clean, and very quiet.

All outgoings inclusive in the flat rent.

The house is very close to public transport, right near the shops and a big shopping complex and the streets are very quiet during the day and night. A 10 minute drive to the M1, next to the train station and its a 35 minute drive to Brisbane CBD.

There is a large driveway, plenty of off and on street parking.

The shared spaces of the house are all furnished and your room has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.

The shared toilet is separate to the shared bathroom.

Smoking outside is fine. No smoking indoors. Strictly no pets. No parties.

The house is kept in immaculate cleanliness all the time. Extremely high standard of cleanliness in the house. There are no parties or gatherings at the house so it will be very quiet.
