* Wifi not connected but willing to share cost if you set it up (I hotspot from my phone)

Hey! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me and my 2 cats in my 2nd storey unit. This place is a modern unit with a relaxed, homey eclectic vibe with large double doors that open onto a huge balcony where you can chill on the outdoor couch or table next to the jacaranda trees. The neighbours are quiet and friendly, and even though the neighbourhood is safe, the balcony has a lockable gate.
It has a large shared bathroom with bath, separate toilet, air-con in living area and plenty of natural light! The unit is furnished with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, couch, balcony furniture, kitchen stuff (cutlery, plates, etc), vacuum. I encourage your own input to decorations etc, as it will be your house too! My TV is currently not working (I mainly use my laptop though), so it’s a bonus if you have one to share!

I’d really love someone that I click with and is working full-time or part-time, students okay! Values privacy and each others space and approaches any household issues in a constructive way. I love coming home to company even if it’s a quick hello or a run down on the day/problems – I’m a great listener! It would be really beneficial if you love animals as my two cats are shy, but they warm up quickly and will seek pats or attention. They aren’t ones to sit on your lap, but you may find them poking around in your room if you’ve left the door open, or having a sneaky nap on your bed. They are very house trained!
I got along great with my previous flatmate and the cats adored her, but she’s now moved in with her partner and I’ve been by myself long enough and I’m keen to have the company of another person in the house!
Everything you need is less than a 5 min walk away from this unit, located on Nelson street, including Corinda train station, a bus stop, local bakery, cafes, medical complex, pub, nail salon, takeaways and Coles!

Approval from real estate is needed and $780 transfer of bond and $390 two weeks rent is payable before move in. Bond payment can be negotiated if you need a shorter lease than 6 months.
