Position: Full-time / Part-time
Are you a skilled barista who’s passionate about specialty coffee and creating memorable customer experiences? We’re looking for a coffee-focused, detail-driven Barista to join our team and help us serve exceptional coffee every day.

Our Coffee Setup:
- San Remo Espresso Machine for powerful, consistent extraction
- EK Grinder and additional on-demand grinders for flexibility and control
- Puqpress for precision tamping and consistency under pressure
- Juggler Milk System for speed, accuracy, and reduced waste
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dialling in and maintaining consistent espresso profiles
- Preparing espresso and filter brews to a high standard
- Educating and engaging customers who appreciate quality coffee
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
- Working closely with the team to uphold service and workflow standards
- Responsible for preparing a variety of drinks including milkshakes & blended drinks
- Taking and delivering orders to table
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a specialty coffee environment
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brew ratios
- Ability to produce consistent latte art (tulip)
- Comfortable using high-end equipment (or eager to learn)
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A team player who values quality, speed, and cleanliness
- Available to work weekends and peak service times
- Ability to take customer order with confidence and accuracy
