We are passionate about serving high-quality products and creating a positive community hub for our customers. We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our dedicated team.

​Position Summary:

​The Barista will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of high-quality coffee and other beverages. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key part of our front-of-house team, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Prepare and serve exceptional espresso-based coffees, including mastering milk texturing and latte art.
• ​Dial in coffee grinders and maintain coffee machine settings to ensure consistent quality.
• ​Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using our POS system.
• ​Share knowledge and make recommendations about our coffee blends, single origins, and food menu.
• ​Prepare other beverages, such as teas, juices, and smoothies.
• ​Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the coffee machine, grinders, and service area.
• ​Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• ​Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, cups, and other supplies.
• ​Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
