The house is fairly large and in a nice location. You will be renting a room, however we will do our best to make the house feel like your home, as much as it feels like ours. There is plenty of storage throughout the house dedicated to your belongings, what you choose to do with that space is up to you. You are also more than welcome to have guests over and have people come and go as you please (within reason). As a note, we have two beautiful cats, they are very well behaved and love affection! However, it’s not a big deal if you’re not a cat fan, they’ll just keep to themselves if that’s the case. We have just moved in as well, so still collecting the final furnishings. The house should be completely filled out within the next couple of weeks.

To protect ourselves, as well as you, a contract is required so nobody gets messed around. Couples are also welcome, but will be $400 per week for 2 people.
