We are a couple living in 3 bedrooms unit with 2 bathrooms. I work part time and my husband is retirement. We are looking for a single female who love nature, garden, cycling, healthy food, simple life and peace. If you interest in yoga and mindfulness practice, I am a yoga teacher I love sharing with you. Both of us love cooking we like to share Thai food and Dutch food. We have a small own garden growing vegetables.

It is located in Wynnum Central. Great location, close to public transport both bus and train.

Short walk 7 mins to Wynnum Central station and bus stop

Short walk 10 mins to Woolworths, Coles, library, shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Short walk 15 mins to Wynnum Esplanade (Waterfront).

The room is fully furnished, built -in wardrobe, single bed, fan, bedside table, desk with chair.

Your own private bathroom.

We prefer non -smoker and no drinking tenant.

Street parking available.

$200 per week. including water, electricity and unlimited internet. Two weeks bond required.
