Private room with own bathroom

Hi there! I’m moving into a 3brm, 2 bathroom townhouse at Robina on 17 April and am looking for 1 flatmate to join me. The house is centrally located 5 min to Robina Town Centre, Bond University and the M1.

Your room has a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. It will be furnished with a queen bed and bedside tables and lamps (if desired) and you have your own bathroom. There is driveway parking if you have a car.

Downstairs has air con, kitchen/dining/lounge, separate toilet and and a large grassed yard. Upstairs is the bedrooms and your bathroom.

You will also be sharing the home with my beautiful 8yr old and 12 year old dogs who you’re bound to fall in love with, and my 15yr old cat, so an animal lover is essential!

I’m looking for a flatmate who loves animals, is health conscious, works full time and would like to stay at least 6-12 months.

** I don’t have many photos since I haven’t moved in yet. So I have included a photo of my current living room and your bedroom furniture so that you can get a feel for what the place will look like with my furniture in it.
