I have one room available now from 14th april $360 a week , .no couples or people sharing a room.
Please make sure you have a profile filled out with a pic ,your work hours ,age ,where your from ,when your ready to move and how long for,and then you can send me a message and if i think you will be a good fit i can ring you and we can have a chat first before showing anyone the place to see if we both think it will suit.if you are interested in a Beautiful house on the water in a quiet area,in the heart of broadbeach waters. We have an in ground swimming pool with a spa,its on the canal ,we have lots of space a large living area and dining room,a big undercover entertaining area out the back,we have a double carport,and street parking. It is close to a bus stop,the casino,pac fair, and a 5 min bike ride to the beach.It has ducted air conditioning which is a must have here in qld,lots of places only have a an air con unit in the living area,this is every room in the house. .It is a large size room with a large mirrored wardrobe.The rent is all inclusive of water ,electricity,unlimmited internet, and netflix and foxtel.most people advertising rooms show a lower price but bills and internet and fox are all extra.we have two fridges,and the house is fully furnished .It is not a party place, someone who is sociable would be good, and a positive attitude.There is myself at the moment ,and Pete and zac ,and mo ,pete is moving out.. i am easy going and easy to get along with,and so are the other guys.we love to keep fit ,and love the beach and surfing,I am 44 ,pete is 36 a personal trainer and zac is 24 in real estate and mo is 24.Also you must be neat and tidy, look after your room, and clean up after yourself. , ,.if you have a drinking or drug problem ,or gambling issues it’s not the place for you,.If your into personal development and improving your life then that would be a bonus..Must be willing to do a police check.Thanks.
